Start with the space you have booked

Check the width and depth of your pitch before choosing a gazebo. Whizprint Studio offers 3 × 3 m, 3 × 4.5 m and 3 × 6 m configurations. Those are different footprints, so measure the space rather than choosing from a photograph. Ask the organiser about height limits and any space needed outside the canopy for anchoring.

Draw the working area first

Mark out your table, stock, equipment and the positions where your team will stand. Then add the space customers need to approach, browse and leave. A gazebo that fits your furniture may still feel crowded once people arrive. Try marking the footprint on the ground and walking through a typical sale or conversation.

Choose walls around how you use the space

A rear wall gives you a large branding surface. Side walls can define the space, while half walls allow a more open view across a counter. Decide which sides customers approach from before adding artwork. In Studio, configure each wall individually and check the setup from more than one angle.

Make the message readable

Give the canopy and valances a clear job: identify your business and help people recognise what you offer. Use larger wording for the main message and keep detailed information where visitors can read it close up. Avoid filling every surface with the same small text.

Review the complete setup

Open your gazebo in Studio and choose its dimensions, frame, walls and extras. Add any flags or tablecloths you want to compare alongside it. Check the current configuration and price before ordering. For an event deadline or unusual pitch, send us the requirements so we can help you review them.
