Printed tablecloths: how to make your event table work harder
Plan your printed stretch tablecloth artwork around table size, front visibility and the products you display.

Measure the table you will actually use
Choose a cover for the intended table, not a table that simply looks similar in a photograph. Check its width, depth and height against the selected product option. Decide whether you need a table supplied or only the printed cover. If you are using venue furniture, obtain its dimensions before finalising the order.
Put the main message on the visible face
The front of the table often has the clearest view from an aisle. Give it a recognisable logo and concise message, leaving enough space around both. Before adding artwork to the top, think about what will cover it: samples, a payment terminal, leaflets and display stands. Important information should not disappear underneath your stock.
Design for the fitted shape
A stretch cover follows the table rather than hanging as a flat rectangular banner. Check how the design sits across the front, corners and sides in Studio. Keep critical wording within the main readable areas and avoid treating the outermost edge as a safe place for contact details. Review the product’s artwork areas before preparing final print files.
Coordinate with the backdrop
If the backdrop already carries a large headline, the tablecloth can have a simpler role. Repeat the brand colours and logo while allowing the products on the table to stand out. A different background colour from the wall can help distinguish the front of your setup. Compare the arrangement at the scale a visitor will see rather than judging isolated graphics.
Do a practical rehearsal
Place your real samples and equipment on the table before the event. Check that the front stays visible and the team can reach what they need. Confirm the selected cover and table options in Studio before ordering. For care and storage, use the guidance supplied with the cover rather than applying instructions for an unrelated fabric.
