Buying advice
Can I replace the graphic on my fabric pop-up display?
Check frame compatibility, display shape and artwork dimensions before choosing a replacement fabric graphic or a complete pop-up display.

Start with the frame you already own
A new campaign does not always mean buying a complete display again. If your existing fabric pop-up frame is suitable and in good condition, a compatible replacement graphic may be the right purchase. Start by identifying the frame manufacturer, model, size and shape. Keep the original order details or template if you have them. A photograph is useful for identifying the display, but it cannot establish that a new graphic will fit.
Match the system, not just the panel count
Labels such as 3 × 3 describe a panel configuration; they do not mean that the finished backdrop is three metres square. Two displays with the same panel count can use different graphic dimensions or attachment arrangements. Check the frame shape, the way the fabric attaches and whether the artwork wraps around the ends. If your frame came from another supplier, send Whizprint its specification and photographs before ordering a replacement. Do not assume that a similar-looking frame is compatible.
Choose straight or curved before designing
Whizprint Studio offers straight and curved fabric pop-up displays in 3 × 3, 3 × 4 and 3 × 5 panel configurations. Select the configuration that matches the intended display before adding artwork. A curved display changes how the message is seen from different angles, while end returns take artwork around the sides. Check the front and side views, keeping the main headline and contact details on the area visitors will see clearly.
Check the artwork size and end returns
The current Studio artwork widths are 2.960 m for 3 × 3, 3.698 m for 3 × 4 and 4.436 m for 3 × 5, each with an artwork height of 2.245 m. These are graphic dimensions including end returns, not the usable floor footprint of the stand. They are also not a compatibility promise for another manufacturer’s frame. Confirm the final production template before preparing finished artwork. The supplier adds bleed during production; keep essential wording away from edges and return transitions rather than trying to fill every centimetre.
Know what you are ordering
Choose the replacement graphic option when you need printed fabric for a confirmed compatible frame. This option does not include a frame or carry bag. Choose the full set when you need the printed fabric and folding frame together, or when your existing frame is unsuitable for the new display. Carry-bag inclusion for the full set and the final print template currently need confirmation before ordering. Compare the selected purchase option in Studio so you are checking the price for the items you actually need.
Use a graphic refresh to simplify the message
Before carrying an old design into a new campaign, decide what visitors should understand first. Give the backdrop a clear headline, a recognisable logo and one useful next step. Check whether your table, counter or team will hide any important wording. Preview the design in Studio, review the selected size, shape and purchase option, then check the current price. If compatibility is still uncertain, resolve that with Whizprint before placing the replacement-graphic order.
